Ingredients: White Tea (25%), Nettle (15%), Ginger (15%), Elderflower, Liquorice, Lemongrass
- Peony White Tea has more antioxidants than green tea due to the reduced levels of processing, making it a healthier option.
- Nettle, often dismissed as a common weed, is an excellent source of iron, calcium and vitamin C. It's also an anti-histamine.
- Liquorice is known as “sweetgrass” in Chinese lore and can support the effectiveness of other ingredients.
- Elderflower is a popular decongestant that helps with flu, colds and swelling of the nasal cavity.
Brew: Shake the packet and stir before each use to ensure an even distribution of herbs. For a single cup use one or two teaspoons of the blend. Steep in hot water for ten minutes. Strain. Perfect as an afternoon pick-me-up.
