Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped by Royal Mail (Parcelforce). Shipping times vary based on your location.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within a 1 mile radius of the production unit.
Deliveries are made between 10 AM - 3 PM within 48 hours of purchase. We will contact you via SMS with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your order and will be shipped by Parcelforce via Royal Mail.
Your order may be subject to custom delays, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Twowards Threedom Shop is not responsible for these charges or delays if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
We currently do not offer tracking or signature for orders. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email or SMS , please contact us at info@twowardsthreedom.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Couriers face limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please double-check accessibility with your provider before placing an order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of the products, we are unable accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order to make sure you are satisfied before make a purchase. If you have any questions or wish to make amendments before your order is shipped, please contact us at info@twowardsthreedom.com.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@twowardsthreedom.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
