My name is Sophia, I’m a natural healthcare advocate and Christian herbalist. I launched Twowards Threedom Herbs & Tea in 2020 with my partner Akaa who is in charge of social media and design.

My journey to becoming a natural health practitioner started in 2017. I had PMDD for 10 years and my unwillingness to deal with it properly led to symptoms of Fibromyalgia. Along with the mood swings, fatigue, depression, irregular periods, bloating, and constipation, I was now experiencing brain fog and slurred speech due to poor gut health. I woke up stiff every morning and drenched in my own sweat at night. I struggled to walk or stand for long periods because of severe muscle and joint pain. I tried veganism, gluten-free, nightshade-free. Whilst this all helped temporarily, it was herbal medicine, lifestyle changes and God’s grace that finally relieved me of my 13 years of suffering.

This inspired me to get properly educated in herbal medicine, nutrition and other naturopathic techniques so that we can help other women and their families.

WHAT YOU GET FROM ME: 

CONSULTATIONS ARE ONLINE ONLY.

Once you pay for your initial consultation I will be in touch to get you booked in for the nearest available date and send you the relevant paperwork to fill in. Your first session will last for 1.5 hours and is a naturopathic consultation. This means I will be exploring the history and root of your health concerns and use a blend of diagnostic tools such as iridology, TCM and tissue salt analysis.

After 5 working days, you will be given an appropriate treatment plan and I will send out your herbal prescription if all elements are available. The treatment plan may include the need for supplementation, lifestyle and dietary changes. The initial herbs are included in your treatment plan, however, recommended supplements will come at an additional cost to you. I will always do my best to find you the best price.

I can guarantee you that I will do my absolute best to help you meet your health goals. You have to be willing to commit to following the plan for your benefit. My aim isn't to 'cure' you, it's to work with you and educate you on how to reboot your body so it can heal itself. You may experience a healing crisis at the beginning but this is temporary and you should see improvement to your symptoms by the end of your treatment.

Your follow-up appointment will be in 3 weeks where we will review your progress, make adjustments if needed, and discuss future follow-up appointments.
