Ingredients: Mint (25%), Cinnamon (15%), Hibiscus, Cardamom, Clove, Star Anise, Black pepper

  • Cardamom is known to be energy-boosting and used as a natural stress-reliever in Ayurveda. It is also used as a digestive aid.
  • Hibiscus is tarty in colour and flavour. It reduces the likelihood of cardiovascular disease through its anti-oxidant properties.
  • Star anise helps to balance the neuro-chemicals in the brain. Known to increase the libido in both men and women.

Brew: Shake the packet before each use to ensure an even distribution of herbs and spices. For a single cup use one or two teaspoons of the blend. Steep in boiling water for ten-fifteen minutes. Strain. Add sweetener of choice.
