Infusion: For a single cup, use 1-2 teaspoons, cover and steep for 10-15 then strain. Drink up to three times a day.

Pharmacological properties: anti-malarial, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive, anti-oxidant, anti-tumoral, immunomodulatory, hepatoprotective, anti-spasmodic and anti-septic.
Traditional/naturopathic use: Mugwort is a tonic herb that is commonly used to regulate menstruation, for anxiety, as a sedative and to support digestion. It can also be used in a protocol to combat parasitic infections along with other anti-parasitic herbs.
Contradiction: Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Can stimulate menorrhagia and has a detoxing effect in large amounts.
